The BA in Professional Studies is designed for students who have completed a significant number of credits and are seeking a new pathway toward completing a bachelor's degree. This program is open to existing students, returning students and transfer students. Students have maximum flexibility in using previously earned credits and can complete the program using online or on-ground options, including summer and January terms. Students in the program will work with the dean of the College of Arts & Sciences (or designee) to design an individual course of study that consists of a concentration of at least 27 hours with at least 15 credits at the 300 level. 

The BA in Professional Studies requires a minimum of 120 credits for degree completion.

College of Arts & Sciences Modern Language Requirement: All CAS students must complete one modern language through the 102 level. Students who have taken a language in high school should take the modern language placement test for that language. Placement scores at the 201 level or higher demonstrate language competency and will place out of the language requirement.
