Minor in Physics

If you are curious about the origins of the universe, intrigued by the science behind science fiction, or want to build a time machine, then consider minoring in physics. Through an interdisciplinary and rigorous exploration of classical physics, modern physics, astronomy and technology, students will develop problem-solving and critical-thinking skills while broadening their scientific knowledge and perspective. Although open to students enrolled in any major program, the minor is designed to complement STEM fields and provide the foundation for future study in science education, engineering, mathematics, medical physics and physical chemistry.
